We have Revit Building 9 and Revit Structure 2008. We currently use the Revit Building 9 seat for learning Revit and to work in an architectural mode. For budget reasons, we currently do not plan to spend the $$ to upgrade the Bldg 9 license to an Arch 2008 license. Two questions - 1. For architectural type work, are we wasting our time working and learning in Bldg 9 versus trying to do everything in Structure 2008? Any comments on what we might miss if we (architecturally) worked in this way? 2. I noticed that there are many many more free downloadable family items for 9.1 than for 9. (9.1 families do not work in 9) Is there any free patch, or simple cheap upgrade path (as in <$250) to get from from Bldg 9 to Bldg 9.1?
