My CallOuts disappear when the drawing is place on to a sheet and the view is cropped. Any Clue why this is happening and what is the solution to keeping them visable when cropping the view?

Please clarify. Are you saying that the callout is visible in the view and then disappears when view is placed on sheet? Or is the callout disappearing when cropping? If it's when cropping, try performing the crop from the view instead of the sheet. Also, are you adjusting the "model" or "annotation" crop region? As long as your callout is surrounded or intersected by the "model crop region" your callout should display. Hope This Helps. Troy- myCADD
