on the window and door schedules i have sorted by level in order to show what level they are on. can i split the schedule so only each levels windows appear on there own respective sheet when i sert the schedukle for that floor on the same sheet. i.e. first floor sheet would have a schedule with first floor windows only. same idea for doors.

you would create different window schedules for each level. Use the filter command in your schedule properties window. Filter by window where the level equals your level.

start a new schedule and call it Level 1 Windows or however you want to name it. Select the fields you want including level. When you go to the schedule properties window, there will be a tab called "filter" filter by level and only the windows on your level will show in that schedule. You will have to create separate window schedules for each level.
