Hello all, re: Revit Architecture 2008. We report ceiling heights in various schedules such as finish schedules and area reports but we occasionally have rooms with varied ceiling heights such as those that have dropped soffits. The ceiling height is reported by the formula: Volume / Area. You can see where this formula would fail. Also, we use this formula in rooms that do not have a finished ceiling: example, if(Ceiling Height > 13', 0', Ceiling Height) which reports 0'-0" if it exceeds our typical finished ceiling height. Does anyone have a formula or method for varied ceiling heights that would trigger another specific response in a schedule?
