How to make Reference Planes visible in a Model View but hidden in corresponding Sheet View ? Tried Visibility Graphics but it controls both views. So how can this be achieved?

If Visibility Graphics controls both views then you most likely hit "Duplicate as a Dependent". If you just "Duplicate" or "Duplicate with Detailing" then you get copies of views that act independent of each other with regards to visibility settings, annotation, scale, etc.
