When wanting to place text with multiple leaders. Just place the text without a leader. Then select the Modify tool and select the text. In the Options Bar you will see add leader. just select the type of Leader leader that you want, left or right, straight or arched. Each time you click add-leader, Revit will add a leader. Each time you click Remove Leader Revit will remove a leader in the reverse that they were placed. HTH
