One of the other firms in town has decided to try Revit primarily because their Mac loving design department can install Revit on their Macs. They claim that Revit is tremendously faster on the Mac computers in their office than it is on their PC's. They claim that performance on other software between the two types of computers is not that different. Is there any reason Revit would work better on an Intel Mac than it would on an equivalently powerful PC?

Curious if the firm transitioned to Revit and kept their Macs. We are considering the same transition.
Did they use Paralles?
