i have found where to switch the categories in the schedule from horizontal to vertical but it is not working. i switch them to vertical and they still show up horrizontal. what am i doing wrong or what am i not doing at all? thanks kasey

Kasey, Did you insert the schedule onto a drawing sheet yet? The formatting is shown only when it is inserted into a drawing sheet. The schedule view never changes font, appearance, etc.

that was the problem. i opened his sheet to look at it and there they were rotated to vertical. thanks for the help kasey
