I've set up my revisions to work as I like, the only problem is underneath each revision a line entitled 1:1, 2:2, 3:3 etc. with the desscrpition box and date box blank. How do I get rid of this? (see attached)

Check your Revision Schedule. You might have the Grand Totals option checked under the Sorting tab. I can replicate a single number on the schedule, but can't replicate the (1:1).
