I work for an MEP firm. I'm starting my first project and have gone through the linking, copy/monitor process with the architect's main file. However, I see that room tags aren't copied. In order to start the process of creating my zones I need room tags in all of the rooms. Is there a way to copy them from the architectural file and paste them into my working file? If not, is there a quick way to add room tags to all of the rooms? Or do I just have to go through & add them one at a time? Thanks!

Go into the architects model and copy their room tag annotation family if it does not already exist in your family list, and then load it into your model. Drag the room tag family into each room and it will place a room tag. If you copy/monitored the rooms correctly, the tags will pick up the room name/number from that info.
