I currently have the latest version of Revit Structure 2008 & my detail callouts are still missing. I read that the latest version they fixed them from disappearing but they aren't there. The visibility settings are set correctly & I tried clicking the light bulb for the hidden items & they still don't show up. Section callouts show up just fine but the detail callouts won't. Any advice on how to fix this would be much appreciated!

Try changing your scale. For instance your detail callouts may be hidden at scales corser than 1/8" and you are looking at a 1/16" drawing.

If that is the case then after you find your detail callouts you will need to go into the properties of each one (I dont know if you can do multiples at once) and change the "hide at scales corser than" variable.

Just as an FYI the default for hid in scales corser than  is set to whatever scale your drawings are in. I.E. if you draw a callout in an enlrged plan at 1/4" scale it will hide at scales corser than 1/4" and thus will not show up on your 1/8" floor plan.
