I have imported CAD file drawings of an existing building we are modeling an addition to.  The CAD files (imported at each of the 4 levels) are seen fine in plan, but in ceiling plan view, some appear halftone.  If they all did, then I would think it were a view range issue, but some view at fulltone (which is how I'd like all to appear).  I've checked the Imported Categories tab in the Visability/Graphis Overrides display box, and have ensure the halftone box is unchecked for all floors.  Doeas anyone know why this is occuring and how to fix it?

Thanks,

Silva

Have they all been imported "current view only" or have they been imported as 3D linework?  The reason i ask is perhaps the ceiling plan is set to have an underlay of the level below???

No, the drawing hasn't been imported "current view only" or as 3D linework.  It's been imported as "Linked".  The Floor Plans are set to be underlay, however, when I set the underlay to None, the CAD file still appears (so it's not linked with the underlay).  Any other ideas?

Thanks,

Silva
