i use 2008 version

i needed reveals on a L shaped thick wall

1- i tried to do it within wall type edit, but at first adding reveals there didnt seem practical to me (i have expected sth like array, or ability to give distance from the previous reveal: because the position of there reveals might change afterwards) and also it didnt look fine at endings of my "edited profile" wall openings.

2- i tried to make it host sweep/wall reveal. i make the reveal turn the corner (by adding another reveal at the same level or by extending reveal till the edge and changing sweep returns) but when i apply array (i found out that array might be applied only on section view?!?)  on this L shaped reveal it only multiplies one segment.

what do i do wrong?

thx for ur timesaving helps!!!

easiest way i find for arraying wall reveals is to place in your reveals.

select your one of your reveals in an elevation view

use isolate catagory. even though you can see them you can still select them drag a box to select all the reveals you want then use the array tool.

delete your window then array your reveal then put the windows back in.

or place in new reveals at the requires location.
