Hi Everyone!

Can anyone tell me how to delete all the revision clouds in a project. I do not get the option of selecting all instances when i right click? Is there another way?

 Regards,

 Linda

Your question is not clear because you obviously you didn't mean what you said.  Do delete, select and delete them... but... did you mean delete them or would you like to turn them off because you have a new revision.  If that's the case, select settings, then revisions and turn off /on the tags & clouds as you need to.

BTW, we usually put our clouds on the sheet and not in the view.  Easier to manage that way.

VW Hub,

 Thanks for the sheet advice!

I would however like to delete every revision cloud in the project. I therefore was asking if there was a way to select all instances- I would rather not select every revison cloud individually to delete them as there is approximatly hundrends over approximatly 150 sheets. Can any one help? The revision clouds at this stage are unfortunatly in the plot views.

 Regards,

 Linda

Since these are view based and clouds are nothing but lines, I doubt you will be able to do anything other than open each view selct all and filter for clouds to delete.

Sounds like this is a start over and you want to reserve the revision number starting with one.  Otherwise I would just turn them all off and if I had to add a revision .... guess it would start from somewhere else.
