RA 2008.  We use keynotes only for our details.  To that end, we create a keynote legend on each detail sheet that references ONLY the keynotes on that sheet.  It appears that the keynote legend is created for every keynote used in the project.  Does anyone know how to make custom keynote legends for each sheet?  I would also love it if the table would include headings for each division.  Thanks.

I don't know much about keynotes, but I thought once you put the keynotes legend on your sheet it would only show the keynotes which were being used on that sheet. It doesnt put every keynote in the entire project on each your sheet.

In the keynoting settings, set the numbering method to "by sheet".

I just received message from my tech support.  There is a check box on the bottom left hand corner on the filter tab of the keynote legend properties.

After you create the Keynote Legend:

>Go to its View Properties (Right Click>View Properties)

>Click Edit under the Filter Tab

>Notice at the bottom there is a check mark for 'Filter by sheet'

>Checking this will make sure that the legend just comes in showing the keynotes on the sheet.

Now if I can only get it to place a header for each division.
