hi all,

 I am working for a local university in the capacity of software developer and one of our projects involves to do a kind of a design review of students building design where a group of 70 students have to post their drawings to be reviwed by peers as well as the tutor and comment on those (critique).

as a usual practice, there will be around 10 drawings from each student and numberred st1V-1, st1V-2 etc., and they will be given marks for each and every students.

Since we have a REVIT license, one of my colleague told me that we can do this in REVIT where the files are stored in a central network location and studens/tutors are able to review the work.

Please help me how to do this since this is my first instance to use Revit or Autocad though my colleagues are much familir with these kind of software.

Do it with the DWF markup provided free from AutoCAD. Smaller files & much easier to do! Everyone can have a copy on their own system too!
