This seems like a dumb question, but I just can't figure it out. My door family has a "Door Material" and "Frame Material" indicated in the element properties. However, when I create a door schedule and include fields " Door Material" and "Frame Material", these columns are not filled in with the information coded into the element. Why not?

Multiple doors with same number but different finishes will cause this function. Click on a door and have it show them then look through your plans to see all instances.
