I have noticed that there is not a way to select multiple rows in the schedule and make the cell all contain the same information. For example - floor finish - 100 rooms have the same finish and you have to click on each room to enter the same information. Any ideas?

Yes that is correct, it is a little annoying.
Best bet is to either cut and paste the information into each cell, or select all the objects in plan that you want to add the info to, then click on properties and add the data there and it will update all the select items in your schedule.

I have been using room style schedules which can be linked to each room - update the room style schedule updates all the room tags.
