I have two curved walls that are parallel to each other and need to dimension the distance between them (eg width of a corridor) Is there anyway to do this? at the moment I am having to draw detail lines to dimension to which isn't too accurate if anything moves and is time consuming. Thanks x

Detail lines is the way I would do it as well. Revit dimensions have to snap to smething not arbitrarty, it can snap to lines and defined static points such as an end point.

If you run a line from the center of the arc's to the outer arc, then you can trim that to the arcs. Add small pirpendicular lines at each end and this will give you your true dimension. You can delete the radius line or just place your dimension over it. Problem is it will not adjust if you change the arcs. REVIT needs radial concentric dimension capabilities.
