The help menu is virtually useless. If you want to know something specific forget it. Even the general subjects it does cover are so vague as to be of no use. It is no more than as a marketing tool in disguise.

I do find the help is more of a compilation of explanations of what tools are rather than how to use them. The tutorials are better for this and the white pages on the autodesk website.
