I have a scissor truss that I downloaded. I'm attempting to edit the family so that I can have two different top chord lengths and angles, i.e. at the ridge the slope chages. I seem to have gotten it so that I can adjust the span of each side of the ridge seperately, but can't seem to figure out how to adjust the pitch independently. In fact, I can't seem to figure out how the family is utilizing the pitch parameter. Anybody out there give me some help?

if you look at the family the designer of the truss has a formula that defines the height of the truss as ((left span + right span) / 2) * (tan(A)) Where A is the aTan of the slope.
