excuse me. how i can do a skylights like the skylights in the photo in revit?

You would need to create a roof hosted generic model family with an opening, then go to settings-->family category and parameters-->and change the family to a window.
It will then behave and tag as a window. Its just a matter of modelling how you'd like to show it.
It would also depend on whether you use a roof for the roof deck or a floor...

could you elaborate a bit on how to create the curved roof
after creating an opening from the generic roof based family template and changing it to window in the settings>family category and parameters commands, how do you then model the curved skylite

I'd create a solid revolve to get the curved profile then use a void to cut the element back to a square.
If i get a spare second i'll post an example.
