How can i copy or creat new level in revit structure? thanks in advance

Go to elevation, then under "Basics" click level draw it approxamatly wehre you want it. You can Rename it and change the elevations after you put it in. Doing this will add a new level in your structural plans and you will see the head is blue...if you were to copy "Level 2" up the head would be black and it would not be added to your structural plans, but is still a level, it just didnt create a floor plan for it. I mostly use the Level comand under basics. HTH Grant Doherty
