I have 2  16" wide 2'-0"long generic walls joint in a 145 degree angle. I would like to have them only 1'6" long, but they disappear when I try to shorten them. Is it the cleanup radius? How do I change it?

Thank you.

There is not wall cleanup radius in REVIT that I know of.  That's an ADT thing.

You don't say what your wall length is measured to.  Outside? - inside?  Think about how REVIT has to look at this wall.  Your wall is almost as long as it is the joining wall is thick  and REVIT has a problem with that.  I don't know what the minimum length is for a wall is but here are some things you can try.

  1. Try changing your walls insertion (location line) to the inside edge of the angle you have them at.
  2. Another possible solution is to draw the wall longer than you want, then go to the elevation and edit the wall profile.  Walls can be lengthe, shortened or take any shape in elevation by doing this.  REVIT may tell you it doesn't like the way your doing the work but it will let you do it.
Let us know what works.

Thank you, but both suggestions did not work.

Your right - it doesn't work.

Why don't you make it like a cloumn.  It could be multiple components if need be.
