When I finished using "edit cut profile" tool along with other drafting tools to make detailed working drawing on one floor plan, how I can copy the finished "details" to other floors? I tried to use "plan region" to show the detail on lower floor without success, please help.

Thanks in advance.

If you are wanting to see this detail but with other callouts, you can use "Reference Other Detail" with the callout tool. What you have to do is start a callout and before you pick any points, look in the design bar for a button that says "Reference Other Detail". Select this and it will let you select the view to reference. When you do this it will link the callout to the specified detail.

James, thanks for your reply. But what I want is to directly show all such details in all plans without using call out view. Has any one drawn such detailed plans in revit before?

Copy and paste.  If you have duplicate floor plans, you can copy then paste in the current view to get it at the same location.
