I have recently saved a file, and when I went to open it again it stated that the file was created in a later version and it cant be opend. How is this possible if I have Revit 2008?? Dit I do something wrong while saving or is it one of those freak errors that happen with 2008! Its got me worried!

Quick question. Did you try opening the file from windows or did you try opening it from Revit 2008? The reason i ask is because it could simply be trying to open it in Revit 9.1. I had the same problem, everytime I opened revit 2008 and then clicked the file it opened but if I didn't have it open it would try opening it in Revit 9.1.
