HiStill trying to solve family problem. Trying to attack from another direction. I create a sweep, but instead of using a profile I use sketch profile. Problem is now I don't get a parameter for angle and I can't seem to get angle to work. Any help would be appreciated bob v

Are you trying to create a family with a parametric angle? If you try to do it with a sweep, you'll have to constrain just about everything except the angle that is parametric, and you'll need to create a new parameter for the angle. (dimension the angle, then create a new label for it. Then in the family types, you can set how the angle will change in each preset family type.) Is this what you're trying to accomplish? Best of Luck, Ruth
