I am working on a large scale project with repeating rooms grouped. they are typical and repeating. if one changes, is there a way to reload the new changes without manually going in and copy pasting the groups?

Just edit the group and they all change.

I'm sorry, I was not specific enough. We are linking different drawings together on a site and using the groups between separate drawings. Everytime we copy and insert the modification to the group between models it does not update all the different copies within the drawing or identified the modifications to the new groups. A friend suggested to create the modules as families and reload them in each of the different models but if that is done then the problem becomes an issue of segregation between the family components and the family itself.
