How create imaging on photo texture?

Are you trying to apply a photo as a material to a site, or are you trying to put a picture in the background of your Revit world? If the former, create a new material and play with the scale until it looks like what you want it too. If the latter, go to your Settings: Render Scene then click on Environment button and click Background image and load your image. Hope this helps.
