What is the best way to place a light fixture on column? I have several columns on a building with each one hosting a ight. However, the lights are wall based? What is the way around this? Using 9.1 thanks

Few ways to do it. You can make a wall that mimickes your column then you should be able to host to it. The other way would be to copy the light into a new light family that is not wall based. This will be the same for 9.1 and 2008 fyi. HTH Grant Doherty
