Does anyone know how to attach a tag to a specific point on an element, like the start or end of a beam? Or, does anyone know how the cantilever moment symbol knows which end to place itself on? Thanks!

You may be better asking this in the Structures thread. I don't think we have a Cantilever Moment symbol in Building, or at least that I could find. You could always open the symbol (which I'm sure you may have already done) in family editor and see if there are any special formula rules with it. Otherwise, like the elevation symbol, it may just be one of those symbols that comes packaged with Revit that can't be mimicked or edited.
