Hey, I've been searching around and I can't find my answer... It's probably so simple, yet multiple people in my office are having the same problems. So our project as a lot of doors, equipment, etc... and there's no way these schedules can fit on one sheet. How can this be spread across multiple sheets? Now I see that I'm able to copy an additional view of the schedule onto another sheet. However, I can't change the configuration of the "broken" columns, so that it will print correctly. So, let me perhaps describe it a bit further. I make my long schedule. I put it on two sheets. I split it in two. I align both so that the schedule is within my titleborder. However, now this screws up printing, as it always plots of the center of the view. Am I missing a schedule setting? Am I missing a plot setting? Thank you

You could duplicate the schedule and filter by some value for page 1 and 2 or something like that. Or you can break the schedule and move the unwanted portion off the titlblock (just make sure you go to the right and top, not bot and left, that will keep your print in the right place). then place the schedule on the 2nd sheet and move it so the piece you broke is on the page.

If I understand correctly, I believe that you may have to either split it into two separate schedules. ie: 1 schedule for doors and 1 schedule for equipment. Or 1 schedule, use the filter (in the schedule) to filter out "Marks" or "Type Marks" and on the other schedule, filter out the objects on the first schedule. Another idea (not sure if it would work) is to try using the new "masking region" to hide the half of the current schedules that hang off the page that you describe. HTH JB

SD, Ok, so if i create an extra category (ie Page 1, Page 2)... how can i use this as a filter and then also "hide" the column so you don't see it? (It seems like this is impossible) and then the second option you propose is to place it to the up & right off the page...but on the second sheet, the extra column is now on the bottom left, preventing that sheet from printing correctly... see the dillemma? JB, my schedule is all one equipment schedule. and the other suggestion is similar to the problem i mention in my reply to SD. What about lab and high-rise design? Certainly some high-rise door schedules have needed to cross a couple pages!?

We typically filter by door or window no and create multiple schedules by duplicating the first one and adjusting the filter. That is, the first one would have number 1-60 seconding 61-120 etc etc. The filter would read Door number is less than 61. You can hide a column in a schedule selecting in the header and choosing hide column. HTH.
