I am trying to add a foundation so before i place it i change the top constraint to level 1 but it say "this top contraint is invalid for this level". This only happens though when im on the T.O. Footing floor plan. How can i fix this?

I'm not sure if this might help, but there was an still is (as far as I'm aware) an issue with foundations and placing slabs etc... i wrote this as a 'how to' a little while back: http://www.revitup.co.za/_mgxroot/page_10790.html Maybe it might help...
