When I burn a rendering, my walls remain grey and the surface texture does not show after the rendering is complete. It all stays in default grey. Please help.

Check under your Settings tab, in Option. Go to the Rendering tab, and check to make sure that the Rendering Materials Directory is pathed correctly. If you are working over a network and your materials are on the server you will want to be sure that the these directories are pointing to the correct drive. I'm not certain that this will fix the problem, but it is what I would check first. Good Luck
