Hi,

Is it possible (and how to) to create a multi-building schedule? We are working on a project that relates 5 buildings, each one of them has its own schedule, but we wouyld like to have them in one sheet. how do I do that?

Do I have to insert those 5 buildings in the master plan and then try to get the schedule of all the buildings? or should I export each schedule in to autocad and that xref them to a file with the titleblock included?

Any ideas?

You should have a master site file that has the other buildings linked into it.

Then create your schedule in the master file with the "include links" option turned on.  You can also group and sort by what building the schedule refers to.

I know this thread is a bit old, but I cant seem to find what I am looking for.

I have door and finih schedules that need to include elements from linked files. So I turned on the include linked elements and now they will no longer allow me to filetr by level. The level show up correctly and as a field in the schedule, but it is no longer on the list for filtering.

I tried copy/ monitoring the levels in and still no luck. Am I missing something? or is this a bug/ not possible?

thanks,

Nick

Is this just not possible or have others not run into the same issues?

thanks,

Nick
