Is it possible to divide up a room finish schedule by floor.  I have a three story building and my intention is to have a finish plan and corresponding schedule per sheet.  I would like to divide these up by floor...first, second, third.  It makes sense that this would be possible.  That way the contractor isn't flipping back and forth to read an overall schedule and look at the finish plan.  Thanks

You should be able to include a 'level' field.  It should be option by default. 

You then sort first by level, then by whatever you need.  You can then filter out allbut say 'level 2'  You duplicate this schedule, call it 'finishes level 2' or whatever. 

Place this schedule on yout scheet.  Same then for the other level. Keep in mind that youcan hide the level field.  You want the level only to appear in the schedule header and not repeated on the schedule (after all the level would be the same on each floor) Hope I am not telling you how to suck eggs :-)
