I am try to create a site topo in revit using the use imported, import instance, my cad file does have all the levels in 3d ie having a z co-ordinate but it will not create the topo. The cad file i am using is an OS data map with the level heights included, revit does not seem to work with these point heights. Can anyone help? Thanks

I just created a Topo based on a CAD file, I found that I had to make a seperate CAD file that only had the points and contours, nothing else. I then imported that into Revit and was able to create the topo fairly accurately from the use imported feature. The CAD file I had did have Z axis information on all points though. I hope that helps.
