I am in the process of drawing a site plan when I open it up to pick points it doesn't show the lines you normally see and it only shows up in the floor plan and the 3-d . It doesn't show up while I am on the site plan view. what am i doing wrong?

Two things to check are view range and visibility/graphics. The default setting for "primary range - top" and "primary range - cut plane" are at 200' above the associated level, while the bottom of the range and the view depth are set to 0' from level below. Under visibility graphics overrides - model categories make sure that topography is show. HTH Troy www.myCADD.com
