Hey, can anyone tell me how to show a Canvas Storefront Canopy over a Storefront Window? I am putting together a brick face storefront and I need to add a Canvas Canopy over the Window and the Door.

 Please help

Most likely it should be created as a wall hosted family.

Hosted families aren't the easiest things for a newbie to grasp though.  As quite often you get tripped up by the differing wall thickness of the host which cause families that aren't constrained well to break.  All i can say is constrain to reference planes and constrain the reference planes off the "exterior" wall reference plane.  Also, ensure the exterior wall reference plane is aligned and locked to the face of the wall.

If you browse the library you may find something similar your could modify.  I'm sure i've seen an awning on this site before.
