Using Revit 2008, new to Design options and have read other posts . Is design options mainly for new construction? I have an existing bldg and 2 options for each floor. The first option I created was ok, I had a partial remodel of floor with existing conditions still there. When I started on option 2 which was a major remodel my existing conditions from opt 1 disappeared. why? And is there a work around? or am I doing something wrong? all responses greatly appreciated, really don't want to be working on this on a 3 day holiday weekend! thanks

figured it out! I wasn't demo'ing my walls I was changing, feel like an idiot now. I was adding the walls, doors, fixtures I was going to change to my option then deleting them instead of demo'in them.
