Could somebody please explain to me how corner mullions work? Thanks, Terealva.

What are you trying to do? They work where two curtain walls join. You can then apply a corner mullion on the corner and both adjacent panels will trim to the corner mullion. A normal mullion will not trim both walls.

How can I modify the defaulty corner mullion profile in revit? Or Can I make new corner mullion? Thanks!

There are a couple stock corner mullions and you can only modify the properties provided. My solution is to us a column family for corner mullions, that way I can control the shape I want.
