On our titleblolck there is a watermark under the drawing info to help reduce theft of plans in the field. my question is this. I have the line weight set to a light grey color so it is not as dark as the drawing info itself, inorder to lessen confusion with reading the prints. On screen the watermark is shown correctly lighter than the rest of the informaiton. But when I print it out, it is a black line not lite grey as shown on screen. is there a printer driver I need to set or a setting I am overlooking. If any one has had this problem your ideas and fix would be appreciated.

most likely if it shows up correct on your screen, that is the way it's supposed to plot if your printer settings are correct. Try printing to pdf and see if it comes out correctly.

just tried it, I got the same result using the pdf writer.
This has had me boggled for some time now and really is my last wall to climb before I to start turning product out in revit.

when you go to print, in the lower right corner there's a button named "setup". Click the button and it will take you to the print setup box. Under appearance, make sure your "number of colors" isn't black and white.

I feel little embarrassed. I was over looking that choice for, I don't want to say how long.
Thanks for your help.
