is it possible to place a gutter on a sloping fascia, or a way to put a gutter on a slope??

If you're talking a minimal slope, it might be hard. Revit has a little difficulty on very small angles. Using the guuter sweep tool, I wouldn't think so unless your roof is sloping, which would also be a difficult task. You could probably have an in-place family do it, but I honestly think it's going to be alot of work for you.
