hey folks,

does anyone have advice on how to edit wall sweeps so that they are not in the cavities of walls? see the attached file. the two outside lines on either side of the wall are the base cove. thanks again!

Are you adding the wall sweep in the wall style or with the Host Sweep command ?

Not much you can do.. You have to create a seperate wall style with no base and use where needed. If you use the host sweep method you can just split the wall at the intersection.

thanks for your help! i have no interest in changing every wall so i gues i'll have to live with it! any way to change the wall sweep visibility? there is one for cornices but not for any other sweep!

You can add a subcategory called base and move the profile to that subcategory for additional control. If you don't have anything under cornice just use that.
