Hello, I am creating a titleblock for my compnay and am able to get all the line wights to work properly except when I print out my Text is very faint, almost not readable. I'm using 9.1 and I know I have all the printer setting correct, wondering if I can change the line weight for the Text? Thank You

We are having the same issue. There is a lineweight parameter in Text properties, but it controls the weight of the box around the text. They need to add a parameter to control the weight of the text characters themselves.
