I am in the process of working on a corporate office and I have been trying repeatedly to put my ceiling in and it won't work. An error keeps popping up that says "constant height defining lines must be parallel" I have tried all sketch modes to get the ceiling in and it doesn't work. From the elevations it appears that all the heights are the same. PLEASE I NEED HELP ASAP! thank you!

It might sound like you are using the pick tool and maybe selecting something that is sloping or on a lower level? Try drawing using the line command. When I use this method, I make sure I get nowhere near where I want it, then I use the align command to align to what I need for ceiling boundary lines. Revit seems to have a way of being too constraint driven sometimes. I don't know how many times I deleted a simple thing and next day many, many items are gone.
