I'm trying to create a family that can be rotated in any plane.  The family is comprised of sweeps.  So far, after it is imported into the project, I can only rotate it in the Ref Level view.  When I try to rotate in any other view, I get a "can't rotate into this position" error.  I've also tried setting up labeled angular dimension on the sweep profile, but it doesn't seem to like rotating the sweep in any other plane that the top view of the family either.
