Im trying to make a manhole that includes a level (spot elevation) that can be scheduled (so that it changes if I have to make changes to the topography surface). Invert levels are manual entry and depth is calculated via a formula. Any idea how to add a level to a Manhole family or should I maybe use another template?

 Thx for your help

Revit is really not meant for civil engineering.  You may be able to make some custom families, but they will not likely respond to topo changes effectively.  Autodesk promotes other CAD based products for civil engineering that can handle the topos, manholes and inverts.
