I've tried to make closed spline in 2D Drafting but I can't. Could anyone help to tell me how to make a start and end of a spline be joined...

you cant create a closed spline but you can get pretty close. Once you have created your spline you can select just the end node and move it seperately by hitting tab once before selecting.
