I'm trying to draw a hatch pattern with fill region to show rigid insulation, however I can't find a suitable pattern. Do anyone know how to add a pattern or to customize one?

your help file does a pretty good job of explaining how to do model and drafting patterns. If you have one from ACAD, then it's relatively easy to convert it. If you need something custom, then the hatchkit program has had a good reputation.

Go to draughting - detailed component - load ridged insulation and modify to width you reguire.
